Jeanne Artime brings over 24 years of experience in leading organizations, programs and key initiatives in both the non-profit and for-profit business arenas. As CEO of SHRM-Atlanta, Jeanne leads a team of dedicated staff and volunteers to design and deliver quality member and resource partner experiences, drive business development and execute the organization’s mission. 

Prior to joining SHRM-Atlanta, Jeanne was the founding executive director of PowerMyLearning-Atlanta, where she established and scaled local program operations, business development activities, volunteer management and computer refurbishing for the local chapter of the national non-profit, PowerMyLearning. Previously, Jeanne held various leadership roles in alliance management, software product management and software sales at organizations including Pitney Bowes MapInfo, Broadvision/Interleaf, and IBM. 

Jeanne holds a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.A. in Art Design from Duke University. She currently serves on the PowerMyLearning-Atlanta Board of Directors, the Georgia Partnership for Excellence in Education Council, and is an Education Policy Fellowship Program Fellow.




Joanne Singletary

Joanne Singletary is an experienced association professional and joins SHRM-Atlanta as the Member Relations Director focusing on member engagement, member recruitment, and increasing member retention. Prior to joining SHRM-Atlanta Joanne worked for several statewide associations including the Georgia Dental Association and the Georgia Society of CPAs in membership and continuing professional education. She is a member of both the Georgia Society of Association Executives (GSAE) and the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE).

Joanne graduated from Augusta State University with a B.A. in English Literature.

 


 

Jackie Choice

 Jackie Choice is an experienced business development manager and consultative seller with over 8 years of experience in sales and marketing. As SHRM-Atlanta’s Business Development Director, Jackie works closely with SHRM-Atlanta staff and Volunteer Leaders grow and manage key long-term resource partner relationships and identify new business opportunities.


Prior to joining the SHRM-Atlanta team, Jackie had a successful sales career from within the realms of retail sales with Verizon Wireless, to business-to-business consultative selling with AT&T’s Premier Client Group. Jackie has also worked under the direction of the CTO of the Atlanta Falcons managing the testing of Wi-Fi within the Georgia Dome. Jackie is originally from North Carolina where she served as Director of Marketing for the Haymount Institute of Psychological Services and as a Real Property Intern with the United States Army. Jackie is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. where she served as President of her undergraduate chapter. 

Jackie received her bachelors in Business Administration concentrated in Marketing from Fayetteville State University in 2011. 




Heather Dufault

 Heather is a highly accomplished sales and learning leader with 17 years of experience in sales, sales management, training design, and facilitation. She has a proven track record partnering with Sales Leaders and HR Business Partners to drive change, increase productivity and drive bottom line results.


Heather previously served as the Director of Professional Development for Sales at Intuitive Surgical and as the Director of Sales Learning and Development at RentPath. As a learning leader and coach she is passionate about supporting organizations that are committed to the continued professional and personal development of their teams.

Heather is an advocate of Women in Leadership and is actively involved with the Barnwell Foundation (Barnwell Elementary School).

She received her undergraduate degree in Communications from Clarion University of Pennsylvania and her Master’s degree in Education with a focus on Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix.




Caitlin Podaras

Caitlin Podaras is a marketing professional with over 10 years of experience in strategic marketing planning, integrative campaigns, creative promotions, direct marketing, events and design. As the Marketing and Communications Director, Caitlin is responsible for the planning and execution of strategic marketing programs for both membership initiatives and professional development activities. 

She previously served as the Director of Marketing at Bluechip Athletic Solutions, a sports marketing and technology firm serving high profile collegiate athletic teams. Caitlin also held positions in marketing and events at Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium and G.Wiz Science Museum, both non-profit attractions in Sarasota, Florida.

Caitlin is an active member of the Junior League of Cobb-Marietta where she most recently served as Chair of the Fund Development Committee. She received her undergraduate degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of South Florida in 2007.




Amanda Abrenillo-Brown

Amanda Abrenillo-Brown brings a wide variety of experience to the SHRM-Atlanta team including office and small business management, financial administration and full-cycle claims processing. Her prior focus was on dispute resolution and professional relationship management, conflict coaching, mediation / group facilitation, strategic and diplomatic communications, and frontline leadership training.

She has a background in Psychology and holds an M.S. in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University, via the Department of Political Science and International Affairs, where much of her research centered on organization process improvement, employee development, consumer psychology, and the growth and application of social intelligence in American businesses.

Amanda is also a Georgia Supreme Court-Registered Mediator, has been trained in negotiation as well as dispute system design, and holds certificates in Crisis Intervention, Justice, Global Peacebuilding, and Organizational Analysis. In her spare time, she authors short-fiction and pyscho-social research summations.
