Liz’s career as an HR leader spans over 18-years in 3 industries with a wide range of responsibilities. She recently joined the HR leadership team at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta as Director of HR Technology, where she leads the design, development, implementation and optimization of Human Resources technology systems in support of HR and organizational people strategies. Children's has been recognized as a premier employer by Fortune magazine, Working Mother magazine and the Atlanta Business Chronicle, a top learning organization by Training Magazine, while ranking among the nation's best pediatric hospitals by Child magazine and U.S. News & World Report. Tamara O'Neill • Careers on Course • 2010 President-Elect
Tamara O’Neill, President of Careers On Course, is a professional consultant and coach who specializes in career transition and leadership development. In this role, she actively engages with executives to secure new careers. Additionally, Tamara coaches business professionals within organizations to achieve personal and professional success. Her education and training include a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Arts, Master of Science Degree in Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College. She is a Registered Corporate Coach and certified to administer and interpret the Hogan and DiSC® assessments. She has served SHRM-Atlanta since 2005 in various leadership roles and currently serves as 2010, President-Elect.

Steve Szafarz, SPHR • Cisco • Immediate Past President
Steve Szafarz is the Human Resources Manager for Cisco’s SciCare™ Services line of business where he is responsible for key talent management processes such as succession and retention planning; HR needs assessments, and performance management. Steve is also actively involved in merger and acquisition activities; coaches executives, managers and employees on sensitive HR matters; resolves employee relations issues; and leads compensation equity analyses, merit and bonus reviews, and job evaluations. Steve previously held a similar role where his customers included Scientific-Atlanta’s corporate staff, Finance and Accounting, Information Technology, Worldwide Customer Service, Worldwide Procurement, Strategic Communications and Atlanta Manufacturing employees.

Rita Harris is the Director of HR at GreenbergFarrow where she is responsible for all facets of HR. Rita is responsible for all aspects of HR administration for all staff in a multi-state professional services firm (architecture, engineering, planning and development services) including but not limited to the follow areas: Strategy Development, Budget Administration, Benefits Administration, Payroll Administration, Recruitment and Retention, Employee Relations, Employee Discipline and Termination, Policy Development, Legal Compliance, Training & Development, HRIS Management, Vendor Management, HR staff supervision and daily interactions with the executive management team.

John Kalusa is currently the Director of Recruiting and Retention for Genuine Parts Company and NAPA Auto Parts and has over 20 years of management experience in a number of industries. In his role at GPC, he is responsible for developing and executing recruiting, retention and talent management strategies for 1000 stores, 58 Distribution Centers and Corporate offices. Since 2002, John has held a number of key talent acquisition and sales leadership roles in the IT Staffing, Leadership Development and Outplacement industries.

Cathy Missildine-Martin, SPHR has extensive experience in many areas of strategic human resources management. Cathy has worked closely with executives in the areas of performance, productivity, retention, training, staffing, and strategic implementation. Her past experience in operations and sales management in the technical, insurance and hospitality industries has given her a broad understanding of business issues and a solid foundation for building performance enhancing systems that support the business. Diane Tuccito, SPHR, CCP, GRP • Kinetix • Director HR Solution • EVP HR Leadership Academy Diane Tuccito is the Director, HR Solutions for Kinetix where she is building a talent solution practice. She has over twenty five years of HR experience, 12 of which were at the HR Executive level, including extensive global responsibilities. Diane uses this experience in her current role, as she works with organizations to solve their business issues with talent solutions. Diane specializes in evaluating and establishing cost-effective, HR infrastructures that are scalable. Working directly with the Executive Teams, she designs an integrated Talent Strategy that aligns with the Business Strategy to achieve the organization’s vision. Diane also partners with other HR professionals to assist them in their day to day needs through staff augmentation, providing a specific functional expertise, identifying issue through an HR audit or helping to build out the HR infrastructure. Diane is a thought leader in her profession and has had several articles and a book chapter published. She was awarded the SHRM-Atlanta Lifetime Achievement Award and the SHRM Nation Pinnacle Award. She has a MBA, SPHR, CCP and GRP.

Rachel Krause, JD, with Ford & Harrison LLP, focuses her practice on the defense of employers in employment and ERISA benefits litigation matters. Rachel is active in both the Georgia and Florida bar associations, where she holds committee appointments and is a member of the Georgia Bar’s 2009 Leadership Academy.
