Great Leaders SERVE
In this session, participants will learn about the importance of having a consistent point of view on leadership in a fast-growing consumer brand, and how that point of view informs leadership development, succession and culture. Participants will learn five practical leadership skills (Chick-fil-A’s SERVE leadership framework) that will equip them to be a leader other people will follow. The model introduced in this session will immediately impact the way you think and act as a leader at work, in your home and in your community.
