"Emotionally Drained": The Role of Emotional Health & Wellness in the Workplace
Employee Wellness Content Area
Emotions play a key role in the workplace. Frustration, sadness, grief and excitement are just a few of the emotions that employees experience everyday while at work. Our emotional wellness is what drives the engine for peak performance productivity and employee relationships. Unfortunately many organizations are at a loss about how to handle negative emotions often confusing them with mental health concerns and leaving it up to the EAP or other vendors to handle those issues. However, businesses can actually help improve the emotional health of their employees on a day-to-day basis. This session will equip HR professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to promote an emotionally healthy work environment where employees can thrive.
