Hot Topics in Employment Law – What Can Employers Expect from Courts, Congress and Government Agencies
Law & Legislation Content Area
After November’s Congressional Midterm Elections, all HR professionals will be wondering how changes in Washington will affect enforcement priorities at the various government agencies that regulate the workplace. This presentation will offer HR leaders valuable insights and what to expect in terms of:
• Government Agency Agendas: What will the enforcement posture look like at the EEOC, DOL, and NLRB? What should companies worry about?
• Courts: What trends have emerged in employment-related legal decisions?
• HR Best Practices: How should companies adjust their HR procedures, if at all, to account for anticipated changes?
Please join us for a discussion of these and other hot topics affecting the practice of HR in 2014-2015, and beyond!
