Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team
Talent Acquisition & Management Content Area

This Session is based on the Best Selling Book, "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" by Patrick Lencioni. Patrick collaborated with Wiley Publishing to create the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive team.

We will explore what it takes to create a learning experience that helps team members build truly cohesive and effective teams in the most approachable, competent, and effective ways possible. Powered by Everything DiSC, and a team assessment, it helps participants understand their own DiSC styles, and opportunities to evaluate current team perceptions and then create a stronger team. Participants will be able to release what is not working and be able to relate to others with increased professional and personal results.

Speaker: Kelly Thomas, Talent Management Professional, Impact Training & Development, Inc.

Kelly Thomas, has extensive experience as a coach, manager, and a training professional. For 20 years she has worked in a variety of corporate positions including internal management consultant, human resources manager, data center operations manager, customer service manager, and marketing manager for a major telecommunications company.
