Are You Keeping Pace with Evolving Times? Managing the Flexible Workforce
Employee Wellness Content Area
Having workplace flexibility programs in place has become an “expected” benefit for candidates and employees alike and is a key component in attracting and retaining the best talent. Ongoing management of these programs requires flexible support and structure surrounding your company’s practices. This necessitates a partnership between the business units and the HR team to ensure that the support structure changes as business needs and technology evolve. Workplace flexibility options can be aligned with other programs to help your employees balance their work and life, as well as reduce stress in the workplace. Keeping flexible work options up to date for an evolving workforce is essential in today’s environment.
• Think strategically about what to consider for your culture to determine which type of method works best.
• How to evolve in managing flexibility while maintaining performance and business stability.
• Understand how technology plays a key role in your company’s ability to ensure continuity in support of flexible work options.
