In light of the various compliance considerations and financial pressure points generated for employers in this Modern Health Reform Era, this discussion will provide an easy to understand overview of the key components and potential advantages of a Private Exchange. Speaker: Ward Morse, Senior Vice President - Human Capital Practice, Willis North America

Ward Morse is a Senior Vice-President of Employee Benefits for Willis North America. Ward started his career in underwriting with Prudential Health Care in 1992 and elevated over the next decade through several roles: Account Manager Supervisor, Sales Manager, and eventually became a Principal Consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting where he spent 9 years. Ward has been working at Willis North America since September of 2009 where he quickly became a valuable resource for both clients and internal colleagues alike. Ward has been an advisory council member with several major insurers and meets quarterly with vendor leaders to discuss consumer advocacy, underwriting, industry trends and healthcare reform. The book of business for which Ward currently oversees includes small and medium sized multi-state private and public sector clients. Ward graduated from James Madison University in 1991 with a BS in Management and Marketing.
