Moving from HR Metrics to HR Analytics
Employee Relations Content Area

Human Resources Departments have been measuring for over three decades now. With the recent economic situation, CEO's have become data driven decision makers. They need to understand which investments will return the best profit and what drives high performance. To answer these questions you must first have metrics but then apply those using simple statistics to uncover insights through HR analytics. By establishing a team of curious HR professionals and understanding where your company is on its analytics journey, you will be on your way to providing your organization with valuable HR insights leading to better business results.
