Jack W. Bruce, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, is the Director of Marketing for Apollo Healthcare where he champions a self-funding option for group health insurance that includes a strong employee wellness engagement. Prior to joining Apollo, Jack served 10 years as the Chief Operating Officer of an Atlanta employee benefits firm where he oversaw operations and all HR functions. Prior to being appointed as the President-Elect of SHRM-Atlanta for 2016, he served the 2,400 member organization for two years as the Executive Vice President of Programming, leading a team effort in providing nearly 100 educational HR sessions each year. Jack is a graduate of Crown College in Minnesota and has a Masters of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary in New York. He holds a Georgia Life and Health License, is Self-Funding Certified and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR & SHRM-SCP).
