The Art of Negotiation
Business Acumen Content Area
Many meetings and interviews, however long and creative, often come down to a point of negotiation. How much can you give and how much can you get? Some things are intrinsic to all negotiations, while some are unique to specific circumstances. Come and learn what, and how, to negotiate the different aspects of negotiations. What non-financial pieces are in play? Where should you make allowances and when should you push? These concepts are taught and discussed in this interactive seminar. Then you can practice until you’re the best negotiator your company has. Not all negotiations are about the bottom line. Come prepared to share real-life scenarios and receive solid advice.
Speaker: Lindy Earl, Adjunct Executive, Earl Enterprises
Lindy Earl combines her experience as a Professor, VP of Marketing, and Entrepreneur to develop seminars and coach her clients to, simply put, be better than they currently are. Through one-on-one, group training, and as an Adjunct Executive, where Lindy works for a company one day a week as an in-house consultant, Lindy teaches communication, HR, and marketing techniques. The end result is an improved corporate culture, lower attrition and more effective and efficient management.
