Therefore, engaging and hiring Next Generation Talent is critical to any organization's long-term plan. Dan Erling is the president and CEO of Accountants One. He has been a trusted advisor to more than a thousand companies since starting as an Executive Recruiter in 1988. He was named one of the 40 rising business executives under the age of 40 by the Atlanta Business Chronicle which also named Accountants One as one of Atlanta's Best Places to Work. Dan's first book, MATCH: A Systematic, Sane Process for Hiring the Right Person Everytime was released in December 2010 by John Wiley & Sons, Inc. MATCH is a compilation of hiring best practices as collected over his years as an Executive Recruiter. Through careful observation, Dan has documented a structured guide to successful hiring practices and offers that approach through an easy to follow, step-by-step process.
