Ali Niederkorn brings over 15 years of diverse experience in organization innovation, talent development, communications, and learning design across private, non-profit and education sectors. Ali designs, manages, and delivers leadership, team, and change programs to strengthen organizational performance. She partners with clients to develop integrated and practical solutions that increase employee commitment across the system and make the organization more effective. Prior to joining BPI group, Ali co-founded the Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change at Northwestern University. She also worked in a variety of schools at Northwestern, and designed executive education and action learning to help leaders apply research insights that address the most pressing business problems.
Gerri Vereen is an ICF accredited executive coach with extensive experience in internet advertising sales, operations, and technologies. Gerri uses her real-world experience to help executive clients identify and develop their natural talents and strengths. On a team level, she utilizes her 15+ years of experience in managing diverse and cross-functional teams to create high performing, sustainable, and inspired teams through coaching. Earlier in her career, she served as Chief Knowledge Officer with BestWork DATA, and held a variety of operational roles with AutoTrader.com.
