Jade and Jennifer from Human Resource Dimensions will be leading a discussion regarding offer packages, recent trends in the marketplace, what attracts millennials, along with additional items that are critical to considering in today’s offers.

Jennifer Brock is a Principal and Vice President with Human Resource Dimensions. Joining HRD in 2006, Jennifer began her career with the company as a Recruiter. Through the years Jennifer was promoted to Recruiting Manager and subsequently the Vice President of Search and Supplemental Staffing. She has been part of the company's development of their robust research function, process definition, and expansion of geographic impact. Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, Jennifer was an Account Manager for a boutique advertising agency in Midtown Atlanta. While completing her B.S. Degree in Business Management at Georgia Tech, she also worked for Mazursky & Dunaway LLC, Federal Home Loan Bank of America, and the Georgia House of Representatives. Jennifer is a member of and volunteer for the National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, Cobb Chamber of Commerce, the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce and The Boys and Girls Club of Atlanta.

Jade McFadden is a Recruiting Manager with HRD supporting our Executive Search,  Supplemental Staffing and Human Capital Partnership. Prior to joining Human Resource Dimensions, she was a Recruiting Coordinator with Benchmark Brands in Atlanta. During her education at Georgia Tech, she interned with Everest Group International, an advisory firm, as a Junior Associate that assisted in the marketing and establishment of a company network in Atlanta. Jade received a degree in International Affairs from Georgia Tech.  Jade is an active member of SHRM-Atlanta, Georgia Tech Alumni Association, and the Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.
