Creating and Sustaining Engagement in your Worksite Wellness Programs

This presentation will cover how worksite wellness and employee engagement work together to achieve improved health and wellness for your employees. A variety of engagement tools will be discussed as well as real-life examples of how employers have implemented creative programming to increase engagement. Attendees will be learn how to expand their current wellness programming utilizing technology tools, internal people resources and vendor partners.
Understand how to evaluate company environment and culture to develop an engaging worksite wellness program.
Demonstrate how to utilize a wellness team to increase employee engagement.
Learn how to evaluate your existing program and utilize data gathered to enhance the program, continue to motivate behavior change and increase engagement
Speaker: Mary Pozatek, Wellness Consultant, Northwestern Benefit Corporation of Georgia
holds a Bachelor degree in Health Science and a Masters Degree in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Florida. She is a Certified Worksite Wellness Consultant and has achieved Faculty status from WELCOA (Wellness Council of America.) Prior to her role at Northwestern Benefit, Mary was employed at Baptist Medical Center in Jacksonville, FL where she designed, implemented and grew the Healthy 4 Life Worksite Wellness program. In her current role at Northwestern Benefit Corporation, Mary assists her clients with worksite wellness planning, research, program design, implementation and engagement. She also assists with environmental changes, policy modifications and vendor management. Her clients programs have been recognized as some of Atlanta's Healthiest Employers and also been awarded the American Heart Association Fit Friendly awards.

Once you turn into the Concourse 6 parking deck, there are a few spaces to the right that are 2 hour visitor parking reserved for Warren Averett and you may park there. If they are taken, you may park anywhere else in the parking deck for the day without penalty except for any other reserved parking spaces. Violations are strictly enforced. Parking is free.
Our building is across the street from the parking deck; please follow the signs for Building 6. Our office is on the 7th floor. When you exit the elevators, turn toward the Samsung office, then turn right at the first hallway. Our office is at the end of the hallway, Suite 700.
