Hiring Talent with a Short Shelf Life

It's a well-known fact: top quality talent has a very short "shelf life" on the job market - sometimes as little as 48 hours. If you don't respond quickly, the candidate prospect will be hired by a competing organization. At the same time, the average job post sits vacant almost 30 days before being filled. What can you do? In this webinar, we'll share compelling research on job vacancy rates by industry, business size and geography. You'll discover how to approach the recruiting problem using a proven framework called Lean Six Sigma. We'll define Lean Six Sigma, share examples, describe how it works and explain how your recruiting efforts will benefit.

Learning Objectives:
• Understand today’s recruiting challenges relative to job vacancy rates.
• Define the Recruiting Voice of the Customer.
• Construct the Recruiting Value Stream and identify the gaps.
• Discover how to streamline your recruiting process using Lean Six Sigma.
