HR Young Professionals Leadership Forum

SHRM-Atlanta, in partnership with Kaiser Permanente, would like to invite you to join us for our second HR Young Professionals Leadership Forum on September 28, 2016.

Find out how you can add value as an HR professional as you participate in lively discussions with peers during this afternoon event. You will have the opportunity to engage with several members of Kaiser Permanente’s executive leadership team at their regional headquarters, and get answers to your most challenging questions during a special Q&A session led by several participants of Kaiser’s "Leadership in Action" program aimed at talent development.

Developing and retaining “Talent” is a strategic business challenge that all organizations face; so don’t miss the opportunity to hear how Kaiser Permanente’s program has made progress towards solving the “War for Talent.”

Learning Objectives:

  • Learn how one HR organization influenced the creation of an internal talent strategy for an organization experiencing growth
  • Learn how to determine the best method  through an internal assessment process to find a talent strategy that benefits your organization
  • Learn how to analyze a program to determine success rate
  • Learn the steps Kaiser Permanente took to create and implement a leadership program, by looking from within their organization, and hearing the voice of the customer
  • Understand how a successful leadership program was created and implemented with limited resources at minimal cost
  • Hear what worked, what didn't, and what was learned
