Courageous leaders are in high demand and short supply. Do you consider yourself to be courageous? Do you see others in your organization behaving courageously? Or do you more commonly see people acting from a place of fear - unwilling to take risks, unwilling to speak the truth?
It has been said that courage is the primary and most important virtue of great leadership. Great leaders take bold actions. Great leaders innovate. Great leaders communicate the truth. All of this requires courage. And the same is true for great organizations. People, leaders and organizations perform better and are more successful when they are behaving courageously. Yet, despite the importance of courage in the workplace, it is rarely discussed.
The Courageous Leadership presentation introduces a new development practice called "courage building" that will open the door for you and your organization to act with more courage and achieve greater success.
