Law & Legislation (includes Diversity & Inclusion and Global)
In an ever-changing legislative environment, HR professionals must understand critical legal issues that affect day-to-day business decisions. These sessions highlight policies and practices which focus on key employment law issues that affect the way HR professionals conduct business. Also within this track, we’ll address diversity and inclusion as well as global challenges
Talent Acquisition & Retention (includes Employee Relations)
These sessions offer tips on how to maximize your effectiveness in talent management, including recruiting, educating, coaching, development and succession planning as well as topics that contribute to the development and maintenance of a productive work environment.
Total Rewards (includes Wellness)
These sessions focus on a broad range of topics, from the basics to cutting-edge tactics in compensation, benefits, wellness and total rewards. Total rewards topics include anything the employee perceives to be of value resulting from the employment relationship, including the physical, emotional and spiritual health of employees.
