Going Undercover & How It Adds to Corporate Strategy and HR Excellence
Thursday, April 21, 2011 | 5:00pm - 7:30pm | The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North

From this session, you will learn how the "undercover" experiences of 2 local CEO's helped them as executives to lead their organization to excellence by better understanding the human capital and operational challenges within their organization.  By gaining a better understanding of the daily operational challenges of front line staff, CEO's are in a better position to implement change that can bring about more efficient and effective operations leading to better results (bottom line) for the organization.  Learn how the personal experiences of these 2 CEO's lead to systemic/operational/strategic changes in their companies operations and a renewed commitment to make the organization live up to their Mission and Value statements as well as the commitments made to the employees of these organizations.
