Coby Brooks is the President and CEO of Hooters of America, Inc., the Atlanta based operator and franchisor for the 460+ unit Hooters Restaurant chain. A native Atlantan and the son of industry pioneer, Bob Brooks, Coby has been around his father’s Naturally Fresh Foods and Hooters Restaurants companies all his life. While attending high school at the prestigious Woodward Academy School in Atlanta, Coby worked at the Naturally Fresh plant in South Atlanta. After graduating from Clemson University, Coby worked his way up through the ranks at Naturally Fresh and became President in 1994; many years later, he would transition to the Executive Team of Hooters of America, Inc.
Joel Manby is president and chief executive officer of Herschend Family Entertainment Corporation (HFE). HFE develops and operates entertainment, tourism and hospitality properties that currently span 26 locations in ten states and is widely recognized as the premier privately held theme park operator in the United States.
