Let’s face it – continuing to move forward with your career search during the summer can be challenging!  So…how can you build momentum and accelerate your search?  And, how can you distinguish yourself from the multitude of other highly qualified HR candidates?  Plan to attend the SHRM-Atlanta Career Connections on Tuesday, May 10.  Chris Gilliam, Career Coach, will provide strategies and tips to increase your focus and energy over those summer months!

Chris Gilliam offers customized services as a career coach through her business, The Gilliam Group. She also provides coaching and workshops for employees downsized by their employers, as a consultant with Right Management, the world's largest talent and career management consulting firm. Chris is recognized for her ability to connect with individuals and groups, offer targeted strategies, and encourage them to deploy their unique talents. Formerly with The Coca-Cola Company, Chris held multiple HR leadership positions in Learning and Development.  She is an active volunteer with the RUMC Job Networking ministry in Roswell and is part of the Crossroads Career volunteer ministry team that offers monthly career workshops at churches across North Metro Atlanta.  Chris received her BA and MA from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, and has lived/worked in Atlanta, Nashville, Birmingham and the Middle Eastern country of Bahrain.
