Ercell Charles is currently the Vice President of Instruction for Dale Carnegie of Georgia where his responsibilities include directing a staff of 25 trainers and 200 volunteer Class Coaches to assist in delivering all of the Dale Carnegie products. He has facilitated and lectured individuals who are employed with The Atlanta Falcons, AT&T, Coca Cola, Genuine Parts, United Parcel Service (UPS), GSA, BMW, CDC, Microsoft, The Home Depot, InTouch Ministries and many other successful Fortune 500 companies. Ercell has been regarded as a rapport builder, someone who is able to break down barriers and build bridges with messages and insights that transcend cultural and organizational differences.
Ercell has been a Dale Carnegie® Trainer since 1994. He is currently certified to deliver 11 Dale Carnegie® programs on such topics as sales, presentations, interpersonal communication and leadership skill development. Ercell is a Master Trainer in the Dale Carnegie Course, The High Impact Presentations Course, Leadership Training for Managers, Seminar Certification and the Certified Trainer Core Competency event. As a Master Trainer, Ercell works with new trainers from around the world, developing their skills so that they can deliver these programs in their home territories and franchises. Ercell received his B.S in Information Technology from University of Louisiana-Lafayette.
