Kenneth Lee, an experienced career coach and executive search consultant, with over 25 years of  industry  experience, will discuss trends in Human Resources, and what the typical HR manager must do to  remain relevant in this tumultuous business environment.  The presentation will cover important HR trends, including diversity, training, benefits, outsourcing, recruiting and the regulatory scene, offering recommendations on what HR managers must do to remain viable.

Kenneth Lee is a Managing Partner of The LeROI Group. He brings clients over thirty years of combined management experience in Diversity Consulting, Academic Career Services Management, Executive Search, Career Transitioning, Management Coaching, Training & Development and Consumer Product Sales & Marketing in multiple industries. His cross-functional and diverse industry experience gives him a special blend of talents that he uses to help organizations effectively leverage human capital to meet or exceed their bottom line results. Mr. Lee received his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from The Olin School of Management at Washington University. He is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Black Alumni of Notre Dame, the National Black MBA Association, the American Marketing Association, is a former Vice President of the Atlanta Research Roundtable and a member of the Georgia Coaches Association.
