Moving HR From a Business Partner to a Business Leader
Thursday, November 29, 2012 | 7:00am - 9:00am | Mercer University - Atlanta Campus

HR has been delivering on the “business partner” model for over a decade. It’s time to discuss what leaders expect from HR today. It’s no longer good enough to partner with our leadership team; it’s about influencing and leading that team towards better business results. HR has left the strategic table behind and is now poised to do what HR professionals have wanted to do for decades…execute on strategy. The panel members will discuss their individual journeys in becoming BUSINESS LEADERS in their respective organizations. Panelists will discuss the journey they embarked on turning their HR departments into one that is visible and value driven rather than one that is an invisible cost center.

This panel is a must see for HR professionals who truly want to make a difference in their organization.
