Cathy Missildine has extensive experience in many areas of strategic human resources management. She has worked closely with executives in the areas of performance, productivity, retention, training, staffing and strategic implementation. Her experience in operations and sales management in the technical, insurance and hospitality industries has given her a broad understanding of business issues and a solid foundation for building performance-enhancing systems that support the business. Some of Cathy’s most recent projects focused on performance-management redesign, change management, HR Strategy and Metrics creation, workforce planning and strategic planning. In May 1997, Cathy and her business partner Barbara Hughes started their own consulting firm, Intellectual Capital Consulting (ICC), specializing in “Profitability Through Human Capital”. Cathy received her MBA from Kennesaw State college and is currently is a professor at Kennesaw State and Emory Universities.
Joseph Erdeman is an executive vice president of Assurant Solutions and president of the Extended Protection Solutions business. Mr. Erdeman's career with Assurant Solutions and its predecessor companies began in 1993 when he joined American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida as a sales representative working out of the company's Atlanta sales center. Before joining American Bankers, Mr. Erdeman spent 11 years in various sales and management positions with entities of Household International, including Household Finance, Household Retail Services and Alexander Hamilton Life Insurance. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from Auburn University.
Vince Eugenio is a senior learning and development executive with 20 years progressive experience in large, complex Fortune organizations. Vince is an expert at developing and deploying a wide range of training, learning & talent management strategies. He is also focused on partnering with business and HR leaders in solving performance or organizational effectiveness needs to measurably increase their workforce capability.
Liz Gottung is the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Kimberly-Clark Corporation. Ms. Gottung leads the design and implementation of all enterprise human capital strategies for Kimberly-Clark, including global compensation and benefits, talent management, diversity and inclusion, organizational effectiveness and corporate health services. Ms. Gottung earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the State University of New York at Albany. She serves on the board of the North Fulton Child Development Association, the Compensation and Benefits Committee of the American Heart Association and was elected to the Board of Directors of Louisiana Pacific Corporation in 2007.
Julie Harrison is the Division Vice President of Human Resources Supporting Customer Care for the Comcast Central Division. She provides strategic HR support for the Customer Care and Inbound Sales Group which consists of 10,000 employees supporting 8.6 million customers across 14 states. She has over twenty years experience as an HR professional with eleven of those years at Comcast. Julie is viewed as a strong business partner who collaborates well across all functional areas and known for her balanced and rational approach to HR solutions - keeping both employee morale and business health in focus. Julie has demonstrated success in leading innovation and change management in many business situations including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions.
Diane Nix joined Assurant Solutions in February 2008 as the SVP of Human Resources for the Assurant Solutions extended service contract business. In the past year, Diane has been instrumental in creating a common culture, driving talent identification and reviews deeper and more frequent, as well as initiating the change management required from two acquisitions and one divestiture. Diane has experience as a global HR executive supporting more than 50 diverse consumer and commercial businesses in more than 150 countries from start-ups to multi-billion dollar enterprises, supporting up to 35,000 employees and up to 85 HR team members.
