Marie Cumbest is currently the Vice President, Client Services for Career Spa, LLC, a professional services firm providing executive coaching, facilitation and career transition services. A certified coach and human resource professional with twenty years of experience within the professional services and financial industries, Marie spent 17 years with Deloitte where she served in leadership roles in both talent development and delivery.  Facilitating and presenting is another passion for Marie and she has delivered hundreds of professional and personal development workshops and team building sessions on personal brand, coaching skills, personality type, communication skills and team effectiveness. Marie has a Bachelor of Science in Management from Florida State University and a Master of Science in Management from Georgia State University. Marie is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

Marilyn Santiago is the Chairperson for Those In Between Jobs (TIBS) which is one of the longest standing Job seeker groups in Metro-Atlanta. She has been assisting job seekers since 1992 and has been the Co-Chair of Career Connections for the past 2 years. Also, Marilyn is currently a Graduate Career Coach for the J. Mack Robinson College of Business for the Graduate Premium MBA programs. She has several years of professional Human Resource leadership experience in fortune 500 companies, including GE, Honeywell and ADP.
