Clyde Stutts is an executive search professional with 25 years of experience leading Human Resources and support functions for companies in the branded retail, wholesale, marketing, and manufacturing industries. He has served NYSE listed public corporations as well as private equity-owned portfolio businesses. Clyde has conducted several hundred searches domestically and globally for C-level executive management, merchandising and design, manufacturing, supply chain, operations, finance, retail stores and human resources functions. He is recognized as an experienced and credentialed professional in recruitment, candidate assessment, and alignment with corporate cultural values. He is also experienced in recruiting C-level talent across all functions in retail, manufacturing and marketing industries.

 

Dawn Bading joined Kaiser Permanente’s Georgia Region in October, 2007 as the Vice President of Human Resources. She oversees all areas of Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Organizational Development, Diversity, and Labor & Employee Relations. Sponsors the Labor Management Partnership areas of Workplace Safety, Unit Based Teams, Integrated Disability Management and Workforce Planning & Development. Prior to joining Kaiser, Dawn worked as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management for Regency Hospital Company, a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital Company located in Alpharetta, Georgia. Regency is a privately held company with 26 hospitals located throughout the United States. She also had a 20 year history with Charter Behavioral Health Systems as was the Vice President of Human Resources. Charter owned and operated over 100 psychiatric and substance abuse hospitals throughout the United States and Europe until 2000. Dawn is a graduate of the 2011 Leadership Atlanta class. She attended the University of Georgia and graduated with a BA, and completed the 2009 Executive Leadership Program at the Harvard Business School.

Tom McGuire has more than 30 years of business experience following his first job out of college as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Central America. He began his business career as an external auditor in Columbus, Ohio, and after becoming a C.P.A. in 1982, left Coopers & Lybrand to join The Coca-Cola Company. From 1997 to 1999, Tom led the Talent Acquisition function at Coca-Cola, sourcing general management and marketing talent for worldwide operations and all talent for North America. In 2000, Tom joined Zyman Marketing Group in Atlanta, a developer of web-based marketing tools, as Chief Operating Officer. In 2003, Tom joined Revlon, Inc., in New York City, serving as Revlon’s Chief Financial Officer and then as President, Revlon International. Tom rejoined The Coca-Cola Company in October 2007 as Group Director, Global Talent Acquisition, and is focused on supporting the Company’s growth through developing and executing strategies to acquire top professional talent and independent contractors in the Company’s markets around the world.

Rosalia Thomas manages a team of 40 human resource professionals whose job is to influence people and organizations, including IBM executive management, on critical, complex and unprecedented issues related to HR programs/practices. In April 1990, Rosalia began her career in Human Resources as a Diversity Program Manager and later was promoted to Human Resource Partner, covering both National and International lines of business. In December 1998, Rosalia became the HR Partner for IBM Global Services Latin America, responsible for IGS HR strategies in the eleven countries in which IBM does business. In June of 2008 Rosalia became the Area HR Leader for southern United States and the Caribbean Islands. Rosalia is heavily involved in Habitat for Humanity and is a founding Board member of the Women’s Executive Committee for Habitat. She is currently on the board of Kennesaw University Coles College Executive MBA Program, is a member of Leadership Cobb, and is on the board at St. Joseph's Hospital. She graduated from Mercer University with a degree in Management and an MBA in Marketing.
