Honoring HR Excellence

The Pegasus Award for excellence in Human Resources symbolizes the highest quality in people strategy. According to legend, everywhere the winged horse struck its hoof to the earth, an inspiring spring burst forth. At SHRM-Atlanta we think it’s important to recognize the people and teams who push the boundaries and challenge convention.

We want to honor leaders and departments for their hard work, entrepreneurial spirit, vision, inspirational leadership and innovation. The Pegasus Awards provide a platform to celebrate HR greatness and promote positive change in Atlanta companies.  We want to showcase the profound impact that HR can have on business results.  We are looking for nominations from CEO’s, partners, peers, SHRM-Atlanta members or anyone else who wants to recognize an individual or department that is changing the way we work.

Our judges are CEO’s and HR Executives from Atlanta’s top companies. The process is fair but rigorous; once selected as a finalist by our panel of judges we will contact you for an interview. The judges are carefully selected for their integrity, knowledge and expertise.
