Honoring HR Excellence
The 2015 Pegasus Awards nominations are now open!
The Pegasus Award for Excellence in Human Resources symbolizes the highest quality in people strategy. According to legend, everywhere the winged horse struck its hoof to the earth, an inspiring spring burst forth. At SHRM-Atlanta we think it’s important to recognize the people and teams who push the boundaries and challenge convention.
We want to honor leaders and departments for their hard work, entrepreneurial spirit, vision, inspirational leadership and innovation. The Pegasus Awards provide a platform to celebrate HR greatness and promote positive change in Atlanta companies. We want to showcase the profound impact that HR can have on business results. We are looking for nominations from CEOs, partners, peers, SHRM-Atlanta members or anyone else who wants to recognize an individual or department that is changing the way we work.
We will be recognizing individuals in companies in 4 categories: small, mid-size and large companies, as well as recognition for a current SHRM-Atlanta student. Tell us how your nominee, either an individual or department, has made an impact in your company, your company HR team or the Atlanta HR community.
