The 26th Annual SHRM-Atlanta HR Conference will be held Tuesday and Wednesday, March 29-30, 2016 at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, GA. Thank you again for your participation and continued support of SHRM-Atlanta.

A full attendee list with mailing addresses will be sent to all exhibitors following the conference. SHRM-Atlanta does not provide email addresses or phone numbers of attendees.

Building Brilliance!  The conference theme this year is "Building Brilliance" and we're going all-out to incorporate this theme throughout the conference. To encourage all attendees to participate in the grand opening of the Resource Partner Showcase and to add lots of excitement to this event, we are encouraging all Resource Partners to incorporate this theme throughout the showcase - in your booth, collateral, maybe even your attire!

Please note: This year, we will have exhibitor set-up hours on Monday, March 28th, from 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM.  Additional set-up hours will be on Tuesday, March 29th, from 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM. Dismantle will be on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 beginning at 3:30 PM. Your booth must be removed no later than 5:00 PM. This year, the Resource Partner Showcase will be in Hall B, between to the general session area and the break-out meeting space.


Resource Partner Showcase Hours:


Monday, March 28, 2016:

  • 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM:  Exhibitor Load-In/Set-Up

 Tuesday, March 29, 2016:

  • 6:00 AM - 9:00 AM:  Exhibitor Load-In/Set-Up
  • 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM:  Showcase open

Wednesday, March 30, 2016:

  • 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM:  Showcase open
  • 3:30 PM - 5:00 PM:  Dismantle/Load-Out

Standard booth package includes the following: 

  • 10’ x 10’ Booth Space (10' x 20' for Diamond, Platinum, Gold, Anniversary and Mobile App Sponsors)
  • Drape (Teal and Plum)
  • Carpet - Grey
  • (1) 6 ft. skirted table – grey skirt
  • (2) Chairs
  • (1) Wastebasket       
  • (1) 7” x 44” black & white sign with company name

Bag Collateral

Bag Collateral:  If you are a sponsor and including an item in the conference bags, please send 1000 pieces to the Shepard warehouse (per instructions below). If you are an exhibitor and want to add this upgrade to your exhibitor package, please contact Tara Zeravsky at tzeravsky@shrmatlanta.org. The cost for this upgrade is $500.

Shipment must arrive at Shepard between March 1 and March 21, 2016.

  • Item being sent for the bags
  • Quantity
  • Shipping provider and tracking number

Boxes that are labeled as directed above, will NOT be charged a handling fee. If your box is not labeled as instructed we cannot guarantee your items will be included in the bags. If you are sending your exhibit booth items to the warehouse as well, please make sure your bag collateral boxes are packed separately (in their own box) and labeled as directed (no booth number).


If you are local and want to bring your bag collateral onsite to Cobb Galleria Centre yourself, please have them at Exhibit Hall B by 10:00 AM on Monday, March 28.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept items onsite prior to Monday morning.

Shepard Exposition Services is the official service contractor for the 26th Annual SHRM-Atlanta Human Resource Conference. The Shepard service center will be located in the exhibit hall.

Cobb Galleria Online Ordering
If you are interested in ordering electricity, or custom food for your booth, please note that all food & beverage for your booth must be ordered through Cobb Galleria; no outside food or vendors are allowed. Orders can be placed on-line at . . .



Lead Retrieval by American Tradeshow Services

Lead retrieval devices can be rented from American Tradeshow Services by completing and returning the order form. All attendee badges will have a bar code, which when scanned, will provide their contact information. Additionally, attendees will also receive a report indicating which resource partners scanned their badge and this report will include the contact information of the scanning resource partner. Just another great way to make connections at the conference!  Discount deadline is Friday, February 26, 2016.

Other Acceptable Applications:

  • High res pdf (Please submit original files with all supporting fonts & images as backup)
  • Illustrator .eps (Please convert all fonts to outlines and make sure all embedded graphics are CMYK)
  • Photoshop .eps (Please submit both original layer and composite files and make sure file is 300 dpi at actual size)

IMPORTANT: All artwork submitted must include a color laser of final ad to size

Please forward all ads to Tara Zeravsky at tzeravsky@shrmatlanta.org no later than Monday, February 15, 2016. Ads received after this date cannot be guaranteed placement in the conference program guide.

Exhibitor & Sponsor Registration Information

To register your full conference registrants, exhibitors and/or exhibit staff, please use the on-line registration system.

Please note the following levels receive the following complimentary registrations:

  • Diamond sponsors receive eight (8) conference registrations.
  • Platinum sponsors receive seven (7) conference registrations.
  • Gold, Anniversary and Mobile App sponsors receive six (6) conference registrations.
  • Silver sponsors receive five (5) conference registrations.
  • Bronze sponsors receive four (4) conference registrations.
  • Exhibitors receive three (3) conference registrations.

If you are unable to register on-line, please complete the hard-copy form and return by fax to 404.240.0998.


Complimentary registrations included in your sponsorship/exhibitor package are full conference passes designed to allow exhibit staff to attend sessions as time permits. Please submit your registrations by March 15th. There is no charge for substitutions or name changes. Badge changes can be made at the SHRM-Atlanta registration counter.

Resource Partners are invited to participate in all conference meals. The Tuesday and Wednesday lunches and the Wednesday breakfast will be set 30-minutes prior to the scheduled break, so that you may dine prior to the attendees. No outside food or beverage will be permitted in the Resource Partner Showcase during the conference.

The deadline to donate an item is March 15, 2016. Please note that we cannot accept any donated items with a company logo on it. If you donate an item to our exhibit hall game, we will display your company logo with a thank you for your donation next to the item which will be on display throughout the conference. We will also list your company logo and hyperlink to your website on the conference website. Thank you for your participation!
