Building great leaders has always been a critical element of success at The Home Depot.  Recently, a new field leadership program called INSIGHTS was launched to assess and develop high potential Directors.  Using a series of exercises designed to resemble real-world job situations faced by regional vice presidents at The Home Depot, the company gained valuable insights into the strengths, development areas, and potential of each participant. This session will cover the strategic development of INSIGHTS and lessons learned along the way.
