Overview

Organizations look for collaborative solutions when people need to tap into others for skills, expertise, creativity, and innovation, and fresh perspectives. An effective process for collaboration includes goal definition, fact finding, issue definition, requesting help. Exploring options, implementation and follow up.

Conflict situations are frequently complicated and difficult to resolve. If not managed properly, they can be about "who" is right instead of "what" is right.

Organizations look for collaborative solutions when people need to tap into others for skills, expertise, creativity, innovation, and fresh perspectives.
By collaborating with others within and outside of your organization, you can access the experience, expertise, creativity, and values of other professionals to bring the situation to a successful conclusion. Additionally, collaborative solutions to conflict enable all involved to feel that steps were taken to resolve the situation respectfully and professionally.

Join your peers for this interactive and engaging workshop; you’ll leave with the steps to an effective collaboration process which will save time and help you avoid stressful situations.
