This is your opportunity to give back and take pride in shaping the next generation of HR.

Hosted by: JoAnn Lynen, Director of Global Consultant Talent Management at Bain & Company

Topic: Employee Relations and Risk Management in a Hyper-Transparent World

Description: In a #MeToo world, it’s never been more critical for employers to respond effectively to inappropriate behavior within their organizations.  Employees have high expectations from their employers and are often willing to share openly their experiences and concerns publicly through social media and other channels. At the same time, employers may be faced with tricky questions, including what is corporate vs. individual space, issues involving vendor and/or allegations that surface that may be decades old.
This session will provide an opportunity for leaders to experience, share, and explore how they might respond to some real world scenarios.
