Talent for Tomorrow: Reinventing the employee experience through talent development and retention

Sponsored by:

The global leadership deficit is a threat for organizations in every sector, yet few companies have a strategy and an integrated system to identify and develop top talent within the workforce. This session focuses on building design thinking skills to creatively and proactively attract new talent and mine the current workforce for talent with the potential to advance to senior or strategic leadership positions. This session also addresses the challenge of how to implement a comprehensive review of your talent pool to appropriately invest development dollars and achieve better business results.

  • Apply the five-stage design thinking process to innovate HR processes for attracting and retaining top talent
  • Use resources and tools to adapt design thinking to your workplace
  • Design tailored leadership development experiences that enhance performance in current positions as well as readiness for transition to the next level.
