Jill Kopanis, SHRM-SCP, SPHR | International Speaker
Jill Kopanis is an HR Leader and International Speaker who focuses on shaping the world through Transformation. Challenging what HR does and how they do it, Jill has transformed numerous HR and corporate programs into major cost savings and culture positives.
She has been involved in the field of Human Resources for over 25 years working with international, national and fortune 500 companies as Vice President, Human Resources. Her ‘think out of the box’ leadership style has led to numerous successful accomplishments. She was nominated for the Excellence in HR Management Award, was a finalist for Benny Awards, awarded for outstanding benefit initiatives and led the process to award her company a ‘Top Workplace’ designation.
Jill is also an International Speaker with Shazaam Communication, a provider of Keynote presentations and Leadership training. She has been a featured speaker at national SHRM conference since 2010 and has been selected twice as a Mega Session speaker. Jill has presented at national conferences in Las Vegas, Chicago, Atlanta, San Diego, Boston, Dallas, and Disneyworld leaving attendees energized to “Make It Happen”. She has also been a speaker on the HR Conference Cruise since its inception and is scheduled to speak on the 2021 conference cruises.
Active in the field of HR, she has volunteered in a variety of SHRM leadership roles at the state and local level including Chapter President and State Director of Certification. Ms. Kopanis earned a Masters in Organizational Leadership and holds both the SHRM-SCP and SPHR designation.
We realize this is a difficult time for many organizations and have determined to offer special pricing for our West Metro RDC meetings through the end of 2020, in consideration of those financially impacted by COVID-19. Can’t make it? Can someone else from your office attend in your place? Substitutions are allowed; however, the non-member rate may apply. To transfer your registration please submit your request via email to info@SHRMAtlanta.org. Would you like to transfer an upcoming registration from one event to another? Requests for transfers must be made by the event cancellation date, usually seven days prior to the event.
Cancellations must be made by the cancellation deadline for the specific event, usually seven days prior for most events. All cancellations are subject to a minimum $20 administration fee. Some events may have a higher fee, please refer to the individual event page, or to your confirmation email. Cancellations/No-Shows on the date of the event forfeit the entire registration fee. No refunds or transfer of fees will be made after the date of the event.
