Agility: The Key to Growing HR Competencies & High Potential Leaders

Sponsored by:

This Learning and Change Agility program focuses on both developing yourself and high potential leaders using learning agility to grow leadership and build relationships – two core SHRM competencies. Learning agility has seven behavioral success factors and was discovered at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) a decade ago. People with high Change and Mental Agility factors are predicted to have strong Leadership capabilities; whereas, those with People Agility predict strong Relationship building capabilities.

According to CCL authors, those without agility tend to derail or stall in their careers. Dave Ulrich, well-known HR professor, commented that one learning agility tool we will discuss "broke the talent code" in its innovativeness to predict talent success. This program will explore that assessment.  Learning agility is used by 65% of the top Talent companies in their talent reviews.

Growing competencies quickly can be done using simulations targeted at building leadership and relationships. Simulations accelerate competency growth by providing the opportunity to practice key skills and gain immediate feedback. These sims have been used with our Fortune 500 clients for leadership development resulting in proven strong business outcomes as reported in the HR People + Strategy journal.

Join two learning agility experts for this webinar.

  • Why is learning agility so important for talent reviews and professional growth?
  • Which HR competencies are most correlated with learning agility?
  • How can we measure learning agility through assessments?
  • How might we use simulations and coaching to quickly grow critical HR competencies?
