FACILITATOR

Amanda Abrenillo | Operations Manager, SHRM-Atlanta 

Amanda Abrenillo brings a wide variety of experience to the SHRM-Atlanta team including office and small business management, financial administration and full-cycle claims processing. Her prior focus was on dispute resolution and professional relationship management, conflict coaching, strategic and diplomatic communications, and frontline leadership training.

She has a background in Psychology and holds an M.S. in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University, via the Department of Political Science and International Affairs, where much of her research centered on organization process improvement, employee development, consumer psychology, and the growth and application of social intelligence in American businesses. Amanda has served as a Georgia Supreme Court registered Mediator, has been trained in negotiation and dispute system design, and holds certificates in Crisis Intervention, Justice & Organizations, and Global Peacebuilding. In her spare time, she authors short-fiction and facilitates conflict resolution workshops.

As a member of the SHRM-Atlanta team, Amanda manages association operations and event logistics, serves as the main resource for general information, and acts as the SHRM certification coordinator and student liaison.
