Who am I? Well to sum it all up—I’m a Next-generation HR Business Partner focused on leveraging & aligning human capital to achieve business objectives. I've been doing HR, employee relations, recruiting and all that jazz for over a decade (certified since 2009). As a strategic business partner, I’m able to use my creativity, business acumen, AND analytical horsepower to solve complex issues for my various client groups. I also have a knack for building solid relationships with people at all levels of the organization including VPs, EVPs and C-Suite level executives.
On a personal note, I grew up as a military brat. Painful at the time—but I now attribute the experience to being able to adapt quickly and shine bright as an effective & enthusiastic Change Agent. I have one dog by the name of Charlie. And last, but certainly not least, I dominate when it comes to karaoke, those interactive dancing games and Guitar Hero!
My workplace philosophy? Companies with the most engaged, aligned, and agile people win! How can you reach that pinnacle? Make it okay for folks to take risks--it breeds innovation!
