 Are you preparing for the SHRM certification exam but need some extra help? Join SHRM-Atlanta's custom cram-session! Our SHRM Certification Boot Camp will help you learn to apply your knowledge of the SHRM BASK and your existing HR expertise to your test-taking approach. In this three-part, intensive virtual seminar, you will review the hardest sections of the SHRM learning modules and tackle obstacles to a successful exam day.
Led by a highly experienced and engaging SHRM-certified instructor, this virtual classroom environment will keep you focused and accountable. Who should sign up?- Individuals who have completed a full exam prep course and want to add one last “cram session” before testing
- Individuals who have been engaged in SHRM’s self study program and want a little more help getting prepared for the exam
- HR professionals who have already scheduled their SHRM certification exam and need a learning boost before testing day
Important!This program is not a substitute for our full-length 13-week certification exam prep course. Our Boot Camp is intended to serve as an intensive add-on study session, with general review of the concepts and “toughest topics” covered by the SHRM certification prep learning materials.
The SHRM Learning System books and online resources are NOT included with this seminar. We anticipate learners will come equipped with any books or online learning tools they wish to incorporate into the learning experience. Presentation slides and handouts / exercises introduced by the Bootcamp instructor will be shared with students as supplemental resources.
Testing fees are not included in this seminar and exams are not proctored by SHRM-Atlanta. If you wish to take the SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP examination, you must complete a separate application form at https://store.shrm.org/certification-application and pay an additional fee directly to SHRM National.

 Xavier Cugnon, Vice President of HR Administration, Arrow Exterminators To start, I have an extensive career in Marine Corps aviation, manufacturing, and proposal writing, which has enriched me with the vast array of job skills. With an aptitude in Microsoft applications, experience in project management, and studies in HR, each role has been a building block to a rich background in multiple industries. I spent years being developed by talented leaders to become one. My experience in a food manufacturing plant as a continuous improvement manager and technical trainer exposed me to the unison of supply chain management. My role as a proposal development analyst focused on collaborating with engineering, operations and maintenance, financial management to produce sound, competitive, and profitable bids. I have completed a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Development at Villanova University and (you’ll be pleased to know) am certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). I have taught the HR certification prep for seven years as an adjunct at Kennesaw State University and now for SHRM-Atlanta. I am currently working as vice president of HR administration for Arrow Exterminators, which employs more than 3,300 employees throughout the United States and was awarded #1 Top Workplace in recent years by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution and #4 Top Workplace USA. In this role, I lead the HR practices at Arrow Exterminators in support of its business goals.
