The Workplace Civility Series provides you with practical strategies to foster civil conversations within your team or community, turning challenging discussions into opportunities for connection. Learn the essential skills including empathetic leadership, de-escalation techniques, and creating an environment where everyone feels safe to speak up.

 

Includes:

  • 4 monthly conversation experiences with others outside your organization

  • Monthly curated resources on specific civility topics to deepen understanding

  • List of recommended actions to take after the monthly session to further your commitment

  • Deepen awareness and understanding of civility topics from listening to lived experiences

  • Practice active listening and strengthen empathy skills

  • Gain insights into learnings, takeaways, and actions committed from your team
