Chad Shultz is a partner in a national law firm with nearly 800 lawyers. He is a practice group leader for the Firm’s Employment section, leads a team of skilled attorneys in Atlanta that assists employers with preventing legal challenges through training and counseling. In the event those situations cannot be prevented, his team litigates, mediates, and arbitrates to a successful resolution. 


For the past 27 years, Chad has represented management in state and federal courts in 29 states (including over 20 jury trials) and has conducted over 65 labor arbitrations. As a certified mediator, he has successfully resolved over 100 employment law matters. Mr. Shultz also assists companies by serving as "settlement counsel" on complex or difficult to resolve matters with the sole focus of settling claims to reduce defense costs significantly.


Leslie K. Eason has a national litigation practice focusing on employment law. She assists corporate entities with all aspects of employment-related business operations, including the creation and implementation of policies and procedures; training for staff and supervisors; administrative investigations; mediation; litigation; trial; and appeal. A particular focus of Ms. Eason’s practice is the representation of clients against wage-and-hour claims, discrimination claims, and disability claims.  Before joining the firm, Ms. Eason served as General Counsel at a company with nationwide and international operations. This prior corporate experience allows Ms. Eason to address disputes from a business perspective, giving deference to a client’s bottom line.
