This presentation will introduce human trafficking and provide attendees with an understanding of the problem.  Wellspring Living will share an expert's perspective.  Learn how we all can become involved on an individual and corporate business level.  Randstad will feature their Hire Hope - A Bridge to Independence story.  Do not miss out on hearing what this global, HR solutions company is doing to assist trafficking victims and under-served women to reintegrate in the economy.

Speaker: Phyllis Finley, Executive Vice President, Diversity & Inclusion, North America for Randstad

Phyllis Finley is a 24 years tenure employee at Randstad, Finley provides strategic and tactical leadership for all company-level diversity and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives, and she also serves as Randstad North America’s lead public affairs representative. Finley’s extensive staffing industry expertise and community service background add value to the development and execution of Randstad’s numerous community-driven initiatives and programs.

Prior to her current role, Finley served as Randstad Executive Vice President, Georgia. Over an eight-year period she led initiatives to grow the company’s business in the Georgia staffing market. Earlier she led growth and development of the company’s Mid-Atlantic markets. Finley’s credentials include strategic planning, sales, P&L accountability, recruitment, staff development and training, growth strategy and mergers/integration's. Finley began her career in the federal government, holding positions within the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. Department of the Treasury.  Finley served three years as a board member of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce.  Finley earlier held a board position with Crittenton Services of Greater Washington. A strong advocate of community service, Finley supports efforts to improve the education, health, economic and overall empowerment of those who are disadvantaged. In support of these priorities, she proudly serves as a board member of Friends for Life Foundation, a community-focused foundation of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority’s Phi Phi Omega chapter. She also volunteers for Girls Scouts of America.  Finley holds a master’s degree in human resources from the University of Maryland, University College and resides with her husband and daughter in Alpharetta, GA.


Speaker #2: Mary Frances Bowley, Executive Director, Wellspring Living

Mary Frances Bowley is the Executive Director of Wellspring Living, an organization fighting childhood sexual abuse and exploitation since 2001. She has been a leader in bringing the fight against child sex-trafficking to Atlanta and is a founding member of the Georgia Statewide Human Trafficking Task Force.  Mary Frances was appointed to the Governor’s Commission on Domestic Violence in 2010.  She was awarded the Martin Luther King Community Service Award and the AKA Humanitarian Award.  She is also the author of A League of Dangerous Women, The White Umbrella and Make It ZERO.  Mary Frances resides in Peachtree City with her husband, Dick.  She has 2 sons and 3 grandsons.

Once you turn into the Concourse 6 parking deck, there are a few spaces to the right that are 2 hour visitor parking reserved for Warren Averett and you may park there. If they are taken, you may park anywhere else in the parking deck for the day without penalty except for any other reserved parking spaces. Violations are strictly enforced.  Parking is free.

Our Building is across the street from the parking deck; please follow the signs for Building 6. Our office is on the 7th floor. When you exit the elevators, turn toward the Samsung office, then turn right at the first hallway. Our office is at the end of the hallway, Suite 700.
