Drawing data from PwC’s latest Annual Global CEO Survey, 66% of CEOs say a lack of the right skills is their biggest talent challenge and 83% say they intend to change their strategies for managing people. Keeping talent strategies aligned to business strategies in these transformational times is a challenge all organizations face today. It as fundamental as asking the right questions and the answer usually lies in the talent that is already within your organization – your managers. An investment in your managers always delivers the best return to the bottom line.

Please join us for a CEO and HR Executive panel discussion on how some of Atlanta’s finest organizations are focusing on their talent by investing in the managers they already have. Learn how a renewed focus on leadership and management development directly impacts the organization’s bottom line.
