SOAHR 2020: SHRM-Atlanta's 30th Annual HR Conference will be held Monday through Wednesday, March 23-25, 2020 at the Cobb Galleria Centre in Atlanta, GA.
The Exhibit Hall will be open March 24-25, 2020. Thank you again for your participation and continued support of SHRM-Atlanta.

The conference theme this year is "Unleash the Future" and we're going all-out to incorporate this theme (check out our website) throughout the conference. To encourage all attendees to participate in the grand opening of the Resource Partner Showcase and to add lots of excitement to this event, we are encouraging all Resource Partners to incorporate this theme throughout the showcase - in your booth, collateral, maybe even your attire! Let's get futuristic!
Resource Partner Showcase Hours*:
Please note: This year, we will have exhibitor set-up hours on Tuesday, March 24th, from 5:00 AM- 9:30AM. Dismantle will be on Wednesday, March 25th beginning at 2:45 PM. Your booth must be removed no later than 5:00 PM. This year, the Resource Partner Showcase will be in Exhibit Hall B, between the general session area and the break-out meeting spaces.
Tuesday, March 24, 2020:
- 5:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Exhibitor Load-In/Set-Up (Booths MUST be set up by 9:30 AM!)
- 10:30 AM - 4:30 PM: Showcase Opening
- 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Happy Hour in Exhibit Hall (sponsors + exhibitors welcome)
Wednesday, March 25, 2020:
- 7:00 AM - 2:45 PM: Showcase open
- 2:45 PM - 5:00 PM: Dismantle/Load-Out
Standard booth package includes:
- 10’ x 10’ Booth Space
- Drape - Orange, White, Purple
- Carpet -Tuxedo
- (1) 6 ft. skirted table – Purple
- (2) Chairs
- (1) Wastebasket
- (1) 7” x 44” black & white sign with company name
No access will be granted to companies who have not paid their balance in full prior to the conference. All sponsor and exhibitor balances must be paid in full within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of invoice.
Cancellations received on or before December 31, 2019 will result in SHRM-Atlanta retaining $500 for each booth space rented. Cancellations received between January 1, 2020 and February 29, 2020 will receive a 50% refund of total package value. No requests for refunds will be granted after March 1, 2020.
The Exhibitor Kit will come directly from our General Contractor.
Be on the lookout for an email from our General Contractor: Shepard Expo Services for the Exhibitor Kit. This will include:
- Booth Material Ordering
- Booth Material Shipment Instructions
- Power Ordering Instructions and more

How does it work? Booths are selected based on your date of registration and payment, location in proximity to partners and competitors and general availability. All preferences cannot be guaranteed although SHRM-Atlanta does try it's best to accommodate your booth preferences.

ACTION: Add this unique bag collateral package label to your bag collateral packages for easy identification in the Shepard Warehouse.
Each sponsor (excluding exhibitor-only packages unless you have selected the Bag Collateral add-on) may include a small insert in our conference attendee bags. We encourage you to get creative and engage attendees with your insert - try a game! Small promo items such as sticky pads, pens, and mini-power banks are welcome. However, no full sized books, water bottles, t-shirts, or articles larger than a 5 page 8.5”x11” pamphlet are permitted to be added to exhibitor bag.

Boxes that are labeled as directed above and arrive between the above window, will NOT be charged a handling fee. If your box is not labeled as instructed we cannot guarantee your items will be included in the bags. If you are sending your exhibit booth items to the warehouse as well, please make sure your bag collateral boxes are packed separately (in their own box) and labeled as directed (no booth number).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept items onsite.
The pre conference attendee mailing list will be distributed on or before March 20th 2020.
The post conference mailing list will be distributed on or before April 3rd 2020.

All exhibitors and sponsors will be provided staff only badges which can be used to access the Resource Partner Showcase hall only. Resource Partner badges may include first name, last name, and company name.
The deadline to provide names for your exhibit staff-only badges is March 13, 2020. Any staff-only registrations received after March 13, 2020 are not guaranteed to be available at exhibitor check-in.

No more than THREE (3) staff-only badges are included per 10'x10' space.
Full Conference Registration(s)
Exhibitors with staff-only registration are not granted access to sessions. To attend sessions, exhibitors must purchase full registration to the conference. A 10% discount is available to all sponsorship levels. To register full conference registrants please use the online registration system (www.soahr.net) and promo code SOAHR20SPONSOR. If you need assistance registering full conference attendees or have any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your company would like to donate an item to be given away at our raffles (company will be recognized as gift sponsor to general audience via announcements on mobile app), please contact Jackie Choice at email@example.com as soon as possible. We are looking for items such as (but not limited to):

The deadline to donate an item is March 20, 2020. If you donate an item to our exhibit hall game, we may list your company logo and hyperlink to your website on the conference website as a prize sponsor. You will also receive verbal recognition during the grand finale raffle. Thank you for your participation!
Should you need to make edits to your listing in the Exhibitor Directory please email those requests to Jackie Choice. Please be advised website edits are completed once a week. If you do not see yourself listed in the Exhibitor Directory, please email the following information to Jackie Choice ASAP:
