SHRM-Atlanta is pleased to offer fresh, innovative mentoring options, designed to serve HR professionals at any stage in their careers and provide an enriching learning and giving experience to both mentees and mentors.
Who Should Apply?
Our program is mentee-led, based on the goals the mentee has for their experience. Mentees must be SHRM-Atlanta members to participate.
Ideal Mentees
- Currently in HR or transitioning into HR in the near future
- Have a strong desire to develop your skills, strategies, and capabilities
- Be open to new ideas and feedback

Mentoring Power Hours
Mentoring Power Hours are 60-minute webinars featuring conversations with senior leaders. They serve as a just-in-time substitute or complement to the formal mentoring cohort experience.
