SHRM-SCP

Designed for those with 3+ years of strategic-level HR experience or SHRM-CP holders advancing to leadership roles.
No degree required.
Must complete 1,000+ hours per year of strategic HR work (can be salaried or hourly).
Focus: Developing policies, leading HR strategy, and aligning HR with business goals.

Note: HR consultants can qualify based on client work that meets the hour requirements.
