Dr. Teaa Allston-Bing (Dr. TAB), Human Resources Director for the City of Peachtree City, is an accomplished HR professional with over 20 years in the industry (16 years in local government). She is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that positively impact productivity and overall employee satisfaction. Dr. TAB specializes in training and development, talent management, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, wellness programs and risk management. Dr. TAB is a training instructor for the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute of Government, an adjunct professor for Strayer University and Columbia Southern University, and a Georgia POST training instructor.
