Our process is to have you submit your content to our Speaker Database and one of our volunteer leaders will follow up with you to learn more about your content and determine if there is fit and an appropriate speaking opportunity.
Our content team routinely reviews speaker submissions and will share their recommendations with the Professional Development Team for their programming needs. We look for engaging facilitators (proof of performance is extremely helpful here!) and content that will support our HR practitioners in solving real world problems. We look for both informational and experiential learning depending on the speaking opportunity. We are thankful to get many who are interested in speaking to our fabulous HR audience, if we choose your facilitator/content we will reach out to you with next steps.
